Sun Valley Stages Policies
- Schedules are subject to change in accordance with airline flight schedules and demand
- Reservations are recommended
- Prepayment is required due to limited availability. SVS accepts Visa, Mastercard or cash. No checks are accepted
- No refunds will be given on shuttle services
- Walk-up passengers will be permitted according to seat availability
- SVS is not responsible for lost or damaged property. Items left on the vehicle will be held 14 days. Arrangements can be made to have items returned at owner’s expense
- SVS reserves the right to deny service to anyone deemed disorderly to drivers or other passengers
- As on-time departures from Sun Valley are essential to meet flight schedules in Boise, we recommend passengers arrive at loading location 30 minutes before departure time
- SVS is not responsible for delays due to road conditions, mechanical failure or other unforeseen circumstances
